As an experienced contractor, he is living his passion and enjoys creating working relationships with clients through their projects. Often hands-on, Steven leads K&S Contracting with integrity while demanding and delivering high-caliber work and straightforward communication.

As a Lead Project Manager at K&S Contracting, Dwight brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction to the table. A firm believer in the school of "Form meets Function", Dwight brings forth his artistic building skills to ensure his results are not only functionally correct but aesthetically pleasing.
As an experienced contractor, he prides himself on his attention to detail and has a knack for client communication. Dwight willingly shares his knowledge and strives to improve himself daily. His down-to-earth attitude and hands-on approach to each job is infectious, making him a key member of our team at K&S.

K&S Contracting is very excited to welcome Steven's son, Karder to the team as Vice-President. Karder brings an abundance of great vibes on board our team. His vitality, eagerness and easy laughter make him fantastic at customer communications.
He has a background in plumbing and his quick mind with the tech side of the business has been a welcome addition for all. Spend a few minutes with Karder and his happy foot forward attitude and it's easy to see why Steven is so excited to have his help building a legacy together.

Nicole brings her gifts to K&S Contracting in several forms. Loosely following the role of Administrative Coordinator, she self-proclaims herself as the "floater" of our team. When she is called, she jumps in - whether it's in the truck to a drywall job, a team photo shoot, financials, HR workshops or answering the phone - she rises to the challenge.
Nicole also shares her unique perspective in team meetings and weighs in on long and short-term business goals. Her mindset is based on positive growth and playfulness and asks the question, "What else is possible?"

Heather joined our team at K&S Contracting as the Special Projects Manager following a 30-year career as an Executive Chef. She brings a wealth of transferable skills, including expertise in logistics, material costing and management, client communication, and managing tight deadlines. In addition to her culinary background, Heather is an experienced contractor in home renovation and design, custom woodworking, and tiling.
Her neuro-divergent creativity has allowed her to excel in focusing on one project at a time, always maintaining exceptionally high standards and a deep sense of pride and ownership in her work. Heather enjoys the collaborative design and planning process with clients, involving them in the bigger picture, while also relishing hands-on work elevating interior finishes to new heights.
She thrives in both solo and team settings, aiming to be a positive force in every project she undertakes. At this stage in her career, Heather seeks to find joy in life's finer details and continuous inspiration through her work.
