K & S Contracting inc are Saskatoon General Contractors. Originally founded in 1998. At that time we operated part time. We constructed decks and managed other small residential renovation projects. In 2007 we incorporated, it was at that time that Steve Ostapiw decided to expand our construction/ renovation business to a full-time operation.
Our company was initially located in Biggar, Saskatchewan, then in 2011 we moved to Saskatoon. Prior to that, we were serving rural areas around Biggar, SK, however much of our work was in Saskatoon. We knew moving into the city was the next logical step. Our crews still regularly work in Biggar, as well as many rural areas around Saskatchewan. We are a small town company, with small town values working in the big city and are committed to ensuring that we will never be too big to do the small jobs. Every person and every project, no matter the size, deserves our time and attention.
At K & S Contracting, we take care of all of the paperwork, and you know the job is done right, according to all current codes and regulations.
